- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a series of intro questions to understand their current feelings and situation, and share methods based on the challenges they face. My practice vibes at the intersection of art and design so methods may include sticky notes exercises, data visualization, prioritization games, spiritual exploration, Tarot, reiki, and a healthy dose of empathy and straight talk.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate in Art, and an MBA with a special focus in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. I have 15+ years experience as an experience designer working in NYC/SF/Philadelphia as a UX and product designer for companies like Google & LinkedIn. I was raised by a mystic Christian and trained to listen to my inner voice as a child. I got my first Tarot deck at 25.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I read Tarot for a lot of friends and acquaintances, until enough of them said “you should do this professionally” that I took their advice.
