- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based upon your specific tax scenario and thus requires a review of your individual tax documents. Our starting fee is at $500.00 You may find other firms offering cheaper service, but remember you get what you pay for. Not too many firms are going to maximize your refund, and put the time, and effort into entering all the correct credits and deductions that you're entitled to. Most will spend about 15 mins on your return inputting basic info for a basic refund. We try to keep our prices reasonable, and fair for the amount of work ,and time we put into your return. We offer free quotes prior to scheduling any tax appointments. Just follow the free quote button on our website, and enter in your details. We also offer referrals of $25-100 each processed client that you send to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide Virtual Tax Prep Services for all 50 states. Our process is simple. Just follow these 3 easy steps. Step 1: Download our mobile app that's titled "One Stop Taxes" in the Google play store, or Apple app store. Step2: Select the "Quote" button. Fill out the form. We'll contact you with a free 20 minute financial discovery call. If you approve we will then start preparing your taxes, and That’s it! Just sit back and relax. Your return will be filed in A FLASH! We make the process of getting your taxes professionally prepared quick, simple, and seamless. Or If you prefer not to download the mobile app just select the "Request Free Quote" button on our website, and follow the same steps mentioned above.
