- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Advanced Travel Advisory certification through Fora Travel. To really bolster my understanding of the Travel & Hospitality Industry, I am currently enrolled in the NYU Hospitality and Tourism Industry Essentials Certificate Program. I am also starting the Harvard Medical School Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program in November of 2026 to further enhance my knowledge and qualifications around health and wellness.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should really think about what they want to get out of the trip specifically, how much they want to be involved in the planning process and how much they are comfortablly willing to spend in total.
