Our basement was flooded and that job was physically demanding and required a lot of labor, but Sal handled everything with so much care and professionalism. What we really appreciated was how honest and upfront he was—he walked us through every step, explained everything clearly, and always made sure we understood what was going on before moving forward. He worked with us on our estimated cost of repairs without making us feel pressured or uncomfortable, and even took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. I am truly satisfied with the work that these guys put it. They were able to accommodate my schedule and made sure I was satisfied with the replacement of the pipes under my kitchen sink.
