Sal was amazing! I had a terrible leak in my basement on a weekend. He answered my request immediately and arrived promptly. He assessed the situation and he and his assistant got right to work. It was a difficult job, but they were diligent, thorough and clean. Sal also pointed out a problem with my water heater, so I am able to address that second issue. I am so very grateful and I highly recommend S&H Services.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received. Our basement was flooded and that job was physically demanding and required a lot of labor, but Sal handled everything with so much care and professionalism. What we really appreciated was how honest and upfront he was—he walked us through every step, explained everything clearly, and always made sure we understood what was going on before moving forward. He worked with us on our estimated cost of repairs without making us feel pressured or uncomfortable, and even took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. We truly felt cared for throughout the entire process. It was such a relief having someone so reliable, helping us in taking this huge weight off our shoulders. These guys were GREAT! My cast iron pipe was crack in my 62 year old home. It was leaking into my garage. They came w/in an hour, removed the pipe completely and reinstalled a new PCV pipe (in the freezing cold). It was a big job and they stayed until the job was done!!! Highly recommend!!!
