I was very impressed by Stby studio the first time I used them last fall for my engagement photos, that I came back to them for my next project. My business hired Stby for some headshots and a promotional video for our website. Excellent quality both times and their professionalism is much appreciated. I have worked with other creative studios that lacked a clear sense of direction, so I appreciated Stby’s directness, it made us feel confident in their work. I'm not quite sure where to start. I hired STBY Studio to shoot a commercial for my small business and I got way more than I expected. I told Kenny what I was looking for and he took it from there. His suggestions were great and he really made the process feel natural. I couldn't believe how much he invested into this project. He scheduled a day that he could ride along with me so he could get shots of me naturally interacting with my customers and some shots of my actually working. He and his staff were awesome, after shooting that day he said he would send me some package options and once I choose the package he would have the finished product ready in about 1 week. He was not exaggerating, in less than a week I he was finished and I was amazed at the quality of his work. It was concise and to the point and really captured the essence of what I wanted it to represent for my business. I will definitely use STBY Studio for all my future photo and video work.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing structure is base on a day rate system. We have a rate for half days and for full days. Half days are for shoots up to four hours and full days are for shoots up to 8hrs. Editing are priced on a hourly rate.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We have a quick call to discuss the specific details of your project then we send you a project proposal that summarizes the budget, shoot date, and deliverables.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We have been awarded three Telly Awards for our work on the Discovery Channel show, "Road Trip Masters".
