- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Event coverage packages start at $1,200 for up to 4 hours, photo and video included. Smaller projects get a flat quote up front. Every job is 50% deposit to book the date, 50% on completion. Commercial usage rights come included, and edited work is delivered within 72 hours. No surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A short call to hear what you're planning and what you need to walk away with. Then I send a flat quote and a simple contract. On the day, I arrive early, set up, and shoot. You get an online gallery of edited work within 72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified on Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
