- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are negotiable and market-based. Every quote is thoroughly discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I have an initial telephone or in-person meeting to discuss the customer's project and goals. I ask pertinent questions such as what services are required? How quick of a turnaround do they need? What message are they trying to convey in this project? etc. Lastly, before I start any project, I provide my client with a detailed contract, stating the agreed terms and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Media Studies and Master's in Business Communications. Worked as a financial editor for a highly-respected rating agency in New York for three years and a tax publishing company for six years.
