Hourly wage of $250 per hour not disclosed until after minor alterations to the contract were completed. When customers questioned quality of work, Austin was defensive and unwilling to hear concerns. Inexperienced with high quality materials and older homes which led to many issues ultimately not able to be resolved by this company. In the end when quality and choices were questioned, Austin demonstrated challenges working for a female customer vs a male customer.
