Jose was quick to respond to the request in a professional manner. He set up an appointment quickly that worked with our schedule. He was promptly on time and took the time to explain the problem, how he would fix it, and gave us the cost estimate immediately. He kept us up to date on when the part was expected to come in, when it came in, and when he was able to come back to fix the dishwasher. He fixed it quickly and it runs better than when we got it. We will hire him again for any future appliance repairs.
