My dryer suddenly stopped working. Efficiency Appliances responded very quickly to my request and set up a time to come in the same day to look at my dryer. He arrived promptly and was very kind and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and got to work fixing it. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the area and was on his way. And now my dryer is working great! Highly Recommend!!

I would rate Jose higher if I could! Not only was he very quick to respond, he was early and completed my Samsung dryer repair very quickly, and reasonably. If I'm ever in need of appliance repair services again, I'll call Jose directly. Best service call in years!

Jose arrived on time. He explained the process of repair as he went along. His repair went quickly and he left the kitchen clean and in good order. The refrigerator is now working well. We really appreciate his work and we will hire him again.

Jose was quick in his response and professional when he came out to check the washer and dryer. He is very thorough in his knowledge of the issue and was able to give me information as to how to prevent further issues. I appreciated his honesty and thorough response. Highly recommend him for appliance repairs and maintenance!
