I contacted Efficiency Appliances LLC regarding 2 dishwasher repairs and received a quick response to my inquiry from Jose. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day with a time that worked for me. Jose and Jesus arrived early to the house which I greatly appreciated. They were both very nice, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and got to work right away. They let me know the steps they were taking and what was needed to make the repairs. Also Jose and Jesus were very good about cleaning up after the job was completed. They were fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

The tech came at the appointed time and checked the problem with our dryer. After determining a sensor needed to be replaced, he gave us the estimate it would cost to repair. He returned with the parts required the next day and repaired the sensor and cleaned the inside of the dryer and replaced the vent hose. Problem resolved.

This was the most seamless repair! Jose came out to assess the job the day after I contacted him. Within days the repairs were done and he showed up EARLY! I will be calling this company for any future repairs.

Gas dryer needed new rollers and a belt. I heard back from Jose-Essential Appliances within an hour of sending my email. He made an appointment for the next day, arrived a little early, did the repair from start to finish in an hour. The cost was fair, they have a warranty for their work and he was very courteous and professional. Dryer is working, squealing noise is gone. I am very satisfied with the service we received.
