Right from the start communication was great and they were able to fit me in ASAP. Bek, the technician was wonderful. He was able to diagnose the problem with our disposal and he was able to return quickly to put a new one in. Even arrived earlier than expected. Would definitely hire Restart again and can't say enough about how great Bek was. Thank you Restart for coming through for us.

I requested online to book with Restart Appliance Repair on a Saturday night and they immediately called me to discuss my job and schedule a time to come on Monday. Bek let me know when he would be arriving, showed up on time and was very professional and helpful. Our problem ended up not being an appliance-specific problem (gas line to our stove had accidentally been closed so it wasn't an issue with the stove itself) but even so, Bek immediately identified the problem, told me what it was and fixed it. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I had another appliance issue.
