I was extremely impressed with the work done by Bek from RESTART. The company reached out immediately after I requested service and they came out the following day. I requested online to book with Restart Appliance Repair on a Saturday night and they immediately called me to discuss my job and schedule a time to come on Monday. Bek let me know when he would be arriving, showed up on time and was very professional and helpful. Our problem ended up not being an appliance-specific problem (gas line to our stove had accidentally been closed so it wasn't an issue with the stove itself) but even so, Bek immediately identified the problem, told me what it was and fixed it. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I had another appliance issue.
