Rashid was great. Repair seemed a bit expensive, maybe is a "minimum", but when compared to a new dryer or other lousy, unskilled repair people impossible to get to show up, is good relative value

The repairman told us what we needed, ordered the part and returned to install it. He then informed us that we would need another part and informed us of the price upfront. I decided not to put any more money into the old washer and just get a new one. But our repairman was very nice.
