Our dryer started making terrible, loud, vibrating sounds every time we would put in a load of laundry to dry. We found Zergan Appliance Repair on Thumbtack to help assess the problem. The gentleman from Zergan worked really hard for nearly three hours to troubleshoot the issue with the dryer. Alas, it turned out to be the motor, which would have been too expensive to replace. Since no repair was able to be done, we only had to pay the $75 trip fee. We are most grateful to the gentleman from Zergan for coming out in the evening, and spending time to look at our dryer! We are most appreciative of the effort!
