- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation • The customer reaches out via Thumbtack, *****, ************, or your *******. • We discuss their event details, including date, location, guest count, and theme. • We provide an overview of your services, including signature cocktails/mocktails, bar setup, and customization options. 2. Proposal & Pricing • Based on the consultation, we create a detailed proposal outlining services, pricing, and any add-ons (glassware rental, Champagne toast, illuminated bar displays, etc.). • The customer reviews and finalizes their selections. 3. Contract & Deposit • Once the customer agrees, customer signs a contract outlining the terms and services. • A deposit is required to secure the booking. 4. Customization & Preparation • We work with the client to finalize the drink menu and any branding or display elements. • Our team ensures all necessary permits (if applicable) are in place. 5. Event Execution • Our team arrives early for setup, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Professional bartenders provide a seamless, engaging experience for guests. 6. Breakdown & Follow-Up • After the event, our team handles cleanup and breakdown. • We follow up with the client for feedback and future event opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are RAMP Certified Mixologists. We carry General and Liquor Liability Insurance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nikea originally took a mixologist class as a fun bucket list thing to do back in 2015. Once enrolled, she grew very fond of the art of mixing. Although, her background and career has always been in finance, bartending allowed her to originality to shine. She worked various jobs bartending but the one that stood out the most is the wedding venue. She worked as a bartender for an upscale popular hotel venue for weddings and receptions. Upon her employment, she grew a desire to create a better bar experience including speciality drinks and custom mobile bar design and decor. Nikea then left the hotel, purchased a custom portable bar and all the equipment needed for the ultimate cocktail/mocktail experience called Mixed Moments LLC!
