- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am RAMP certified, ServeSafe certified and fully insured, with almost 20 years of hands on bartending experience. My team and I are trained in responsible service, high volume efficiency, and event flow.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been behind the bar for almost 20 years in high volume settings, and over time I realized how much the bar really shapes the energy of an event. That led me to start PourPgh so I could bring that same experience directly to private events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is licensed, insured, and experienced with your size event. Ask what is included so there are no surprises, and make sure they can guide you on quantities and setup. The right bartender should not just pour drinks, they should help keep things organized, efficient, and enjoyable for your guests.
