- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on the project which are within the department of labor standards. I also forward discounts I receive on certain materials to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and my company. Listening to the customer is most important. To understand what it is they want to accomplish. Being honest and having the knowledge that I can do anything they need done. I will even show them how easy things can be for them to do it themselves. If they have the time. But Most people don't have the time, or they just don't have the desire to do it, and they would rather hire someone like me. And for that, I am extremely grateful that I can be a part of something that someone else is trusting in me to make a lasting impression.
