Jim and I are Owner/Operators who truly care about the end result and customer satisfaction. We are working diligently to reduce our advertising cost by getting referrals from happy customers. We have additional training and experience that is provided by the IICRC.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

We like seeing the smile on people's faces when we remove spots and stains which they didn't think would come out. Jim and I know we have done an exceptionally good job when we are done and we hear the person say "we will be your customer for life"!

    Mike and Jim did a wonderful job on the carpets in my new home! I received quick responses and they were flexible with scheduling. They arrived on time an walked through the 3 bedroom ranch to determine areas that needed special attention. There were many unknown stains and they took extra time to determine the type, treat and remove all stains that could be taken out. The job took about two hours (same time that I was given as an estimate) and the price was well worth the job that they did. I would definitely recommend Excellent Services to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaners.

    Mike and Jim helped professionally steam clean the stained carpet and upholstery in our home. Some of the areas they cleaned needed a lot of extra attention. They explained everything thoroughly as they did the initial walk through with us. Then they got busy treating the spots and stains prior to the actual cleaning. My husband and I had errands to run, so we asked how long it would take. Mike told us 2 hours, and that's how long we were gone. When we arrived, everything looked beautiful. The carpets, sofa and chairs were not only clean, they smelled great as well. Jim and Mike put all the furniture up on blocks to protect the wood. They also gave us a few pairs of medical overshoes to wear, just in case we had to walk on the damp carpet. Jim and Mike are true professionals! We know and appreciate the value of hard work. These guys were pros from the time they gave us a quote, until they gave us final instructions about proper air circulation and drying times. We know we will be customers for life, and will highly recommend them to all family and friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim just completed his IICRC Traning, which is like getting a Masters Degree in Carpet Cleaning. Jim and I both attend frequent workshops and in-services to stay up on the latest developments and cleaning techniques.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jim and I were looking for a business to buy which was service related and which we felt we could see immediate results for the customer. We worked with our mentor for a month before we decided it was a good fit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
True deep and surface steam cleaning of Residential Carpet, Upholstery, Tile & Grout.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Jim and I cleaned a carpet which had not been serviced for a while. The customer wanted us to clean it first to see if she should keep it or have it replaced. Her face was beaming when we were finished, and she told us she wouldn't be replacing it any time in the near future.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Jim and I always suggest that a customer looking for a service like ours check out the Owner/Operator first before going to a large company that doesn't really care as much about the end result. A lot of times we are called in to clean the carpets, upholstery, tile and grout that another company supposedly serviced.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Jim and I wish our customers knew how important it is to vacuum frequently between our cleanings.
