I used Gibson's for a birthday party for about 100 people. I chose Gibson's because I frequent their restaurant on a regular basis.The food was delicious and the catering service was outstanding. They arrived the time they stated (a little earlier)and set up and had everything ready on time. I had a color scheme and they decorated the tables with the food in colors that coordinated with my color scheme. All of my guests raved over the food and everyone was quite pleased. Gibson's will be my caterer anytime I am in the market for one. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Gibson's for anyone in the market for a caterer. You won't be disappointed.

Gibsons is a great place to eat, they have various things to eat of your choice. I go there every weekend and I never had any issues , food was delicious, and the staff are timely and polite. My friend had them cater at her church and the staff came on time with the food and supplies and everyone enjoyed their meal and service. They will be calling Gibsons for the next event.

Amicia did very well serving the customers. She was polite and she was fast on getting what they ordered. Amicia made sure her customers were satisfied with everything. Gibson's is the best soul food restaurant I've been too. There are a lot of different food choices to chose from. Their food is fresh and delicious. I would recommend Gibson's to whom ever needs catering service or just want a meal to go :) :)
