I would like to first commend you on your due diligence during the storm, not missing a beat while at the same time getting pummeled with rain. This event was perhaps the best service that our group has ever received from any food service professional. That would include the Pittsburgh Athletic Association, University Club, Holiday Inn, Fluted Mushroom and Seven Springs Mountain Resort. I have received more positive comments on the food and service than ever before. The food was outstanding and there was always an ample but fresh supply. Your staff could not have been more efficient. They were kind, non-intrusive, helpful and anticipatory. We have already discussed having your services again next year for this annual event. Mark and his team did an amazing job catering our wedding reception. I needed a gluten free meal which would have made the planning more complicated with most caterers but it was anything but stressful with Mark. From the beginning, everything was customized. During our first meeting we sat down and talked about our vision and our likes and dislikes. Instead of having a separate meal set aside for me, he worked with us to create a menu that was entirely gluten free. He took our discussions and turned it into a menu options for us. We worked together to tweak the final menu until we had a meal that reflected our tastes and needs. On the day of the wedding, Mark and his staff were great. He had an abundant spread set up on our table so that we would not miss out on our appetizers. His staff made sure that we had everything we needed. We could not recommend Mark more highly, especially to those with dietary restrictions. One would be hard pressed to find a caterer who cares more about his clients and creating a magical event for them. Thank you Mark for a great evening. Kim

On June 19th we celebrated the 50th Wedding Anniversary of Charles P. Leach and Sonja J. Leach, my parents. We decided to contact Heavenly Cuisine to see what they had to offer. What we found was such a unique experience. Mark actually wanted to sit down and have a consultation to discuss concerns, questions and develop a menu. Mark came to look at the site of the dinner and then discussed what type of a menu we would like to serve. We decided that we would like to use the grill that was onsite and have various grilled foods and unique salads. On the day of the celebration, Mark and his crew came, cooked, served, cleaned and disappeared. The whole event was as if the food was just appearing and Mark and his crew were completely unobtrusive. The food and mark were part of every discussion for the following week. One individual was heard saying “it was the best grilled food he had ever eaten” He is in his late 70s, so he has had many years of experience. Mark told us the week after that he did the entire party with ½ of the grill as there was a gas leak in one of the hoses, and the safety of our guests came before anything else. We would have never known, all the food was on time, hot and delicious. To say that my family was pleased with Heavenly Cuisine is an understatement. Mark and his crew are truly professional on every level and I would recommend him for all your events.

There was a lot of excitement about your package which alone raised $1,300.00 and helped us to raise over $40,000.00 for homeless families in Pittsburgh.
