Our pricing depends upon the type of services requested, plus the number of hours, travel distance, day of week, etc. We believe our pricing is very fair, and provides our clients with outstanding value, especially considering our number of years in business, and our level of expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to learn a little more about what the client envisions, and which services they are in need of, and then we provide them with as much relevant information as possible so that the client has all the resources necessary to help them make an informed decision. Then, if the client wishes, we are happy to meet with them in person so that we can get to know one another a little, and so that they will be more comfortable working with us, should they decide to use our services. It also gives us a chance to learn more about our clients' personalities, which enables us to put a more personal touch on their event and incorporate little extras that will mean a lot to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laurel majored in music at Duquesne University with a minor in music technology, and has also worked with florals and decor for many years. She and her husband Dave have been instrumental to developing Keystone from a small DJ service in 1991 into the full-service DJ, lighting & event production outfit that it is today. Many of us also attend the yearly trade shows and seminars in order to stay current on all the new ideas and new technologies available to us. We also keep up with all the manufacturer videos released regarding new innovations in our field. The seminars are also a valuable source of wisdom and advice on how to run our business more professionally and with greater success and customer satisfaction. We believe in proactively keeping abreast of new information and staying on top of trends, so that we can offer the best, newest products & services to our clients.
