We needed a DJ at the last minute and he was very willing to work with us. He was a great Emcee for our event and played acceptable music that made sure everyone had fun.May 13, 2020Verified
Brian has been great to work with and I would reccomend him to anyone. We had to move things around for our wedding due to covid-19 and he was so understanding and accommodating. He also replies quickly and has a wide variety of music to choose from. Again I would highly reccomend choosing him for any events.May 25, 2020Verified
Brian did an incredible job of playing excellent period music that really kept the vibe going strong (we were doing a 1920's themed casino night party), while incorporating and eventually transitioning to current favorites. Fantastic job!Oct 13, 2019Verified
Brian worked out very well for us at our wedding. He had high energy and kept people on the dance floor most of the night! Several guests commented on how entertaining and funny he was. Thanks!!Feb 21, 2020Verified
The only reason i did not give a 10 rating is because Brian was not very familiar with 50’s and 60’s music and what people like to dance to. Although i have to say, he followed my request for special songs Thank you Brian!Oct 29, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Weddings start at $500 for 4 hours Birthdays, graduations, holidays and corporate functions start at $300 for 4 hours Military and charity events start at $200 for an event (proper paperwork required) Optional equipment can be provided for additional costs. Travel fees may apply for extended travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Steel Millz Entertainment like to keep in contact with clients and be able to meet one on one at least once or twice so to go over initial details in person and give the client a chance to get a feel for me as their DJ. A contract will be signed by both parties and a deposit will be made to secure a date. We discuss a quick timeline and let the client know what information I need to help the event go smoothly. Business can be conducted by phone or email after our first meeting. I like to do a little bit of antics on the mic to loosen the mood and get people involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I try to keep up education on the equipment I use by attending expos and events in the area. Keeping up with trends and how to conduct business should always be considered.
