I hired Up-Front Hauling & Maintenance to do a general clean up in my basement which had over 40 years of junk and debris! My family has lived in the home for that period of time but nothing had been organized or thrown out since my parents passed away over 10 years ago! Harold McGinnis the owner was professional, polite and most of all ethical! Harold and his crew arrived and did the job in one day that I thought would surely have to take two or three days! Not only was my basement a mess, they had to deal with working in a "low overhead" condition, requiring them to stoop and bend down so as not to hit their heads the entire time! Harold left a couple of items that he felt I would want and was very caring about items that he thought might have sentimental value even though I didn't know that they were even there! Most importantly, because of Up-Front, I found out that a water pipe from the kitchen had been leaking into the basement and that some sewer rats had taken up residence :-o . Thanks to Harold, I have been able to address both those issues before they got any worse! The basement looks great and I can actually see the basement walls again! The difference in the before and after is as different as day and night! I will definitely work with Harold again and have already talked to him about an attic clean out in the future!

Harold hauled away concrete I had broken up to remove an old sidewalk. The job ended up being more than he had anticipated, but he stuck to the original quote he gave me. He did a great job, was very professional and a pleasure to have working in our yard! It was such a good experience I made sure I gave him a decent tip to make up for the unanticipated extra work.
