Hello, my name is Gordon. I own several properties in Mt. Oliver and have been in real estate for 6 years. My specialty is in electrical, and I will provide a 1 year warranty on any work that I perform.
I’ve done everything in residential construction from new electrical service (connecting to the grid for new construction) to replacing meters and panels, wiring entire houses, all the way down to replacing outlets & switches.
Other services I offer include giving owners a diagram of the electrical circuitry for their property. I also provide walkthroughs for landlords, investors, and homeowners who want an experienced, local agent to give them an honest opinion prior to purchase. My experience in owning and managing hundreds of units comes in handy, as I can help people avoid bad investments and come up with a rough idea of the true renovation cost (as opposed to the marketed repair cost).
