- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and competitive. I have base prices. These prices are adjusted to the severity and the scope of the pest issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview to discuss pest issue. On occasion, an in home visit is required to determine the issue. Discuss treatment options. Schedule first and subsequent services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years experience as a pest control technician. During that time I have attended monthly ongoing education meetings. I am fully licensed by the state as a Certified Pesticide Applicator. I've graduated from Purdue Universities Intergrates Pest Management course. I also belong to Univar's Pestweb program that offers countless courses. I have been Green Pro certified as well.
