For most jobs I charge $50/hr (minimum $100 charge) plus materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a property manager at a condo complex for the past 9 years. During those 9 years I've done a little bit of everything.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a "side gig" on nights and weekends. I mostly was building custom pieces of furniture and it grew from there.
