Mark and his team did an amazing job catering our wedding reception. I needed a gluten free meal which would have made the planning more complicated with most caterers but it was anything but stressful with Mark. From the beginning, everything was customized. During our first meeting we sat down and talked about our vision and our likes and dislikes. Instead of having a separate meal set aside for me, he worked with us to create a menu that was entirely gluten free. He took our discussions and turned it into a menu options for us. We worked together to tweak the final menu until we had a meal that reflected our tastes and needs. On the day of the wedding, Mark and his staff were great. He had an abundant spread set up on our table so that we would not miss out on our appetizers. His staff made sure that we had everything we needed. We could not recommend Mark more highly, especially to those with dietary restrictions. One would be hard pressed to find a caterer who cares more about his clients and creating a magical event for them. Thank you Mark for a great evening. Kim

On June 19th we celebrated the 50th Wedding Anniversary of Charles P. Leach and Sonja J. Leach, my parents. We decided to contact Heavenly Cuisine to see what they had to offer. What we found was such a unique experience. Mark actually wanted to sit down and have a consultation to discuss concerns, questions and develop a menu. Mark came to look at the site of the dinner and then discussed what type of a menu we would like to serve. We decided that we would like to use the grill that was onsite and have various grilled foods and unique salads. On the day of the celebration, Mark and his crew came, cooked, served, cleaned and disappeared. The whole event was as if the food was just appearing and Mark and his crew were completely unobtrusive. The food and mark were part of every discussion for the following week. One individual was heard saying “it was the best grilled food he had ever eaten” He is in his late 70s, so he has had many years of experience. Mark told us the week after that he did the entire party with ½ of the grill as there was a gas leak in one of the hoses, and the safety of our guests came before anything else. We would have never known, all the food was on time, hot and delicious. To say that my family was pleased with Heavenly Cuisine is an understatement. Mark and his crew are truly professional on every level and I would recommend him for all your events.

I contacted Mark to cater a funeral luncheon. He was the only person I contacted to respond and assure me he could put together a luncheon in just two days.

Dear Mark, Thank you so much for your generosity in donating your time and talents for the amazing live auction package of a Gourmet Dinner for Eight for the Garbage Bag Gala. There was a lot of excitement about your package which alone raised $1,300.00 and helped us to raise over $40,000.00 for homeless families in Pittsburgh. Chef Mark made the trip up to New Bethlehemto assist in the all important decisions concerning our milestone event. After the visit we decided to host the event at the owners home. Utilizing his fully equipped kitchen for final preparation. There was no choosing form a pre-set menu. Chef mark customized a five course meal based on the hour that we spent together. In that time he got to understand our preferences, budget, and the flow of the evening Chef mark and his staff clearly exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, the presentation was breathtaking and the staff was professional and moved seamlessly throughout the entire event.
