Work done:
-built new staircase 6 steps.
- integrated new poured concrete walkway to old with two steps.
-Repaired a large portion of a brick wall, repaired frost/ice damaged brick/mortar failed area.
-Installed new concrete pavers to new level
-installed new real stone treads on new stairs
-correctly graded for rain water runoff.
- re-pointed where necessary
Overall: Really nice result repairing and updating the front entrance area for our house (that was pulled apart after the main water supply failed).
Was able to repair a wall that other masons wanted to pull down and rebuild (so major cost saving!)... helped with materials selection and design ideas....
Arrived on time and kept us up-to-date on project work and timeline. Kept the work area tidy !
So good we have hired him again for another big project!
