- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary depending on how involved a project is. For shorter projects and ones that need a quick turnaround I will expect payment in full before beginning the work. More drawn out projects will be paid 50% in advance with the other 50% being paid after completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would discuss the entire scope of the project so that we both have a solid understanding about what needs to be done. This would be followed by coming to an agreement on the price. Then I would send the initial invoice- once that is paid I would begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Design & Development. Two years of professional advertisement design experience while working for a Newspaper Corporation. I have also been doing freelance graphic design work for over five years.
