Brad and Carlos did a great job updating our finished attic (including adding recessed lighting, a ton of drywall work/skim coating, and painting). They also had to get creative to secure the loose stairs in our very old house. Additionally, they installed baseboards and quarter round in different areas of the house, installed a deadbolt and new light switches. Masonry work included capping 2 chimneys, and sealing and parging a third.
They were very dedicated to ensuring the job was done right, and put in extra time to get everything done properly. They were respectful of our home and our quiet hours with our toddler's naptime. They were responsive, honest, and pleasant to have around (our 3yo misses them!). We would hire them again and recommend them to others!
