I think Eugene has to be one of the nicest men I've met. I hired him because everyone here found out what I have. He didn't make me feel rushed and I didn't have to put anything up front for material. Eugene wants paid AFTER his work. We sat and did all the measurements, he assisted in my size, color, and showing me exactly what to order. Some contractors want to do the ordering. Everything arrived promptly, correct sizes and we begin on the 12th. I couldn't be happier. A good guy who is focused on work, and getting it done correctly. I hope when I move and bring in my tenant Eugene stays as my regular handyman. I couldn't order my flooring online. Eugene went and picked it up, and wouldn't even allow me to to send the money. He simple said I'll get in I show up to work. Who does that? I like him!
