Sonny and his crew were wonderful to be doing our sanding. Polite, punctual, knowledgeable a GREAT finished product. Exceptional value. Even at a higher price your floors would not look this good! Anytime I have a refinishing job they are who I'm calling

Sonny and his team did an absolutely fantastic job restoring our original to our house late 1940’s Brazilian cherry floors.
They worked quickly and efficiently every day meeting every goal he told me for the floors that day. Sonny is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had.
We are so pleased with how our floors turned out! We couldn’t have asked for a better result.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know and understand that my prices are fair, when it comes to my job iam very loyal and honest with my clients. Customers need to watch out for low-ballers and sub contractors that charge eerily cheap. Always remember that cheap labor isnt skilled, and skilled labor isnt cheap, in this world you get what you pay for. Make sure to keep an eye open while using your intuition to read peoples energy that way youll be guided to make right decisions .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When i work with a customer for the first time i like to make them feel comfortable and at ease. i take them step by step and explain the situation at hand, I explain the various passes we have to through for the sanding process. After that i discuss the polyurethane to see what kind of sheen they are looking forward to apply. The sheen is the shine, which i normally always recommend a satin finish because it is easier to maintain the house clean and you see less scratches and particles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience and training comes from being on the job over thousands of hours over the years and being hands on perfecting my craft. im upbeat and always focused, im far from passive and extremely pro-active always striving to be better then the person i was yesterday.
