I hired this crew to do a deep cleaning prior to moving in. They gave me a time 4-4:30. They arrived a little before 5. I tolerated that. I asked that the shelves be cleaned. They were not. The cabinets were not wiped off. I made the mistake of judging by a couple things that were clean before letting them go. I should have inspected everything. I had to reclean the cabinets and shelves, drawers as well. The windows were streaked. The home is two baths and four bedrooms. It took two people two hours to feel clean. From my experience with my current smaller one bath house, feel cleanings take longer when done right. This was not done right and I reached out and received a response to send pictures and did so to no response. I don’t understand taking ppl’s money knowing full well you have not done the job you were paid for. This was not a deep cleaning. We paid for a deep clean. EDITED in response to owner: They lied in their response. As you can see from my previous five star review of a cleaning company who knew how to deep clean there was no issue. There was one issue with someone and we never used them again. We are not doing anything to this company. I’ve attached text message conversation. I sent them pictures of the cabinets and shelves, and window sills. see attached photos of the dirty rags from wiping out the cabinets. What she references is is the attached white cabinet which was not cleaned and I said, that’s fine. That’s the one she suggests we do ourselves. I have attached that picture. I will attach more from the upstairs.
