Nathalia is the second person we had in to clean our house. The first company did not do a great job. My family said my expectations were too high. I interviewed and got estimates from six more people and decided on Nathalia. Boy am I glad I chose her! Well, let me tell you, Nathalia EXCEEDED all of my expectations! My house was spotless and smelled so clean when she left. I am beyond pleased and very happy she agreed to clean my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Nathalia for house cleaning!! If I could give more than five stars I definitely would! I have two dogs in the house as well and she was wonderful with them. She had very cute extra special touches as well! I really liked Nat and how she gave a quote based on a video I sent of the areas that need cleaned. And she followed up the week of which was nice. Unfortunately, she had an emergency and one of her other cleaners had to come out instead. She did a good job, but broke my custom blinds. I shared with Nat asking her to share that these should never been cleaned in the future. She apologized but offered no resolution. The blinds have further damage a week later after use.
