FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my prices are set rates. All customers will be expecting a base clean that should take four hours (depending the size of the home) this will be a set rate of $125.00. If there is anything over the four hours the customer will be charged $20.00 an hour. The deep clean package is a set rate of $220.00, and customers should be expecting this clean to be seven to eight hours. There is a $20.00 charger hourly after the eight hours. There will also be just a base package discount offered for three months or six months. The three month will be $1,200, and the six month will cost $2,400. Must be paid for in advance. If the service needs to be canceled it can be rescheduled. If the service can't be rescheduled for that week the house will not be getting the weekly clean. There will be no refunds if the appointment can't be rescheduled for the week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When typically working with a new customer I like to speak about how big the home is, how many bedroom(s)/bathroom(s), would they like the laundry done (this is included with the cleaning at no extra cost) and what service they would like done. There will be a service agreement that will need to be signed when a customer purchases their first clean with Dream Cleaner. The card will need to be placed on file when booking the appointment. This will be for any customer who doesn't cancel the cleaning service 24 hours prior to the date of service they will be charged half of the price to their card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no school education with the work I'm pursuing in my life with Dream Cleaner. I do have many years or cleaning, researching and other business owners knowledge. Cleaning has always been something I've done my whole life for as long as I could remember. I'm a Pre-Nursing student but came to realize that's not the career for me. I love helping other with their needs, but being a nurse is a very demanding career field. I decided to open my own cleaning business because I can still help others, and have many years of experience with cleaning!
