Pendleton House Cleaning and Landscaping's reply
This was a college apartment, move out. Overall, not terrible. But, one particular bedroom had a plethora of items left behind and some serious carpet stains. Leon was honest with me, and sent me photos before I arrived. Leon worked with me on getting trash hauled out, and when I needed a few extra hours, we coordinated for me to come back the next day. This was a bit more involved than most jobs, but I was glad to help Leon and his roommates out! College can be stressful, and the last thing you want to have to do is clean out a messy apartment right after a long semester and brutal finals! Thank you, Leon, for your honesty and for the positive review! Do not hesitate to reach out, if you need my services in the future.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Typically about 50% of my work is one time cleaning for a client moving in or moving out of an apartment or home. I have also had a couple houses filled with college students. The latter was quite a bit of work, but definitely worth it for the clients!!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am a very hard worker, and went to a seriously top-notch engineering school. While there, I was a three sport athlete and President of my Department's Honors Society, in addition to being a top student. Right now the economy is rough, and furthermore, I am making a commitment to live and work in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. As a result, I will outwork the competition to get the jobs I need, in order to pay my bills.
