- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off the average cost for cleaning services in Pittsburgh, PA. We do not want to overcharge our customers so we did our market research to guarantee you are getting great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to learn as much about our clients' preferences as we can. Please let us know which fragrances to avoid, whether you would like us to use your equipment instead of our own, and which areas need extra attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and 7+ years of cleaning/customer service experience.
