We had a hot water heater that started leaking water. I soon found out it wasn’t working anymore. I put an add on thumbtack and Josef responded. I explained the emergency of the situation and he dropped what he was doing and drove to my place to help. Once we got the water turned off he diagnosed the hot water heater and said it needed replaced. He and his partner went to Home Depot and purchased another one and installed it. They cleaned up and were done quickly. I can’t say enough about Josef and his professionalism and he explained everything that needed done. I highly recommend Josef for any plumbing needs.
