My services include but are not limited to:
* Create spaces that are safe, functional, and beautiful for my residential
and commercial clients including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, office
and small commercial spaces.
* Coordinates with architects/contractors before any work begins to
create a set of construction drawings detailing the work for the entire
project.
* Conducts field measurements to create floor plans to aid the client in
visualizing their redesigned space.
* Coordinates with contractors during construction to ensure the clients
designs are installed to their specifications.
* Researches and selects finishes, lighting and plumbing fixtures, furniture,
and cabinetry.
* Ability to work as small as color, finish, and furniture consultations or as
large as commercial projects.

We have worked with Studio 42 Design on two projects at our home and we would happily work with this company again. Chris truly understands my design preferences and selects finishes that surpass my ideas. Our house is older and storage is often at a minimum and Chris gave us designs that increased our storage. What's more, the custom cabinets are stunning and well priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Studio 42 design to anyone undertaking a remodeling project at their home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is based on the size of the project. My standard hourly rate is $90 however each project is based on the needs on the client. Depending on the project architectural and engineering fees may be necessary. Prior to sending a contract all fees are discussed in detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a short phone conversation I set up a meeting with my potential client to discuss all of there design needs. Once all of the project details are discussed and agreed upon, I send a contract with all of the details that we have discussed, including design fees, timelines, purchase of products, and coordination with contractors, architects, and/or engineers if needed. Up until this point there are no fees associated with my time. Once the contract is signed by all of the parties we get to work!
