- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is based on the size of the project. My standard hourly rate is $75, however each project is based on the needs on the client. Depending on the project architectural and engineering fees may be necessary. Prior to sending a contract all fees are discussed in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a short phone conversation I set up a meeting with my potential client to discuss all of there design needs. Once all of the project details are discussed and agreed upon, I send a contract with all of the details that we have discussed, including design fees, timelines, purchase of products, and coordination with contractors, architects, and/or engineers if needed. Up until this point there are no fees associated with my time. Once the contract is signed by all of the parties we get to work!
