Who we are
The founders of our company have three compatible backgrounds for our line of work—painting, flooring and customer service. We decided that our skills, when combined, can truly create a great customer experience and provide professional, beautiful painting and flooring work.

We’ve worked with both large scale and small scale clients. We’ve worked in houses, commercial properties, and apartments.
Any advice for potential customers?
The advice we’d give to a customer looking for service in our area would be to go with a company that they can trust and a company that is willing to be flexible with them. Any company that has those two elements will be sure to provide an experience and price that will satisfy a customer’s needs.
Customers should determine exactly what they are looking for before shopping around. Are they looking for a quick touch up or a full paint remodel? What is their budget? What does their dream room/house look like once the painting has been completed?

We had a great experience with Ethan and his crew! We had some of our flooring replace by them on our first floor and in our master bedroom. They did a phenomenal job and we are so happy with the finished product. We liked them so much, we hired them to paint of foyer and they also did a fantastic job with that. We will definitely be using them for more projects in the future!

I wasn't on the property when floors were being done.

Elite re-finished the hardwoodfloors in 5 rooms. Pictures attached.
From start to finish, Ethan and his team were very profession and did a wonderful job. The job was priced out at a fair price and within budget.
The crew showed up 5 minutes before the 8AM start time, never late, and they finished 1 day early. Sanding is a messy job, yet the dust was kept down to a minimum. They were very accommodating to changes I requested, like a very hard HD final finish.

How lucky I was to find Ethan through Thumbtack. He painted two porches of our townhouse: one on the second floor and another on the third floor. So, the location of these porches was challenging right from the beginning (getting ladders up that high and painting at that height. The porches were not in good shape. Before painting, he had to power wash them, remove all leaves, etc., then sand them. Each porch has lattice work--which was an added challenge. No problem for this crew. The transformation is remarkable. After seeing the impressive job Ethan did on our porches, our nextdoor neighbors hired Ethan to do their porches. What more of a recommendation do you need? They were pleased with their job as well. Elite Painting and Flooring exceeded my expectations and I recommend them completely! I'm looking forward to having Elite Painting and Ethan's crew back to do any indoor painting that we will need in the future.

Pricing is based on the project that the customer is looking for in their home. At Souza Remodel Co we work with our customer’s while remaining cognizant of business as well :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a potential customer we want the customer to feel comfortable. We listen to the customer’s wants and needs for their home. Souza Remodel Co then sees the home or asks for pictures of what needs done. Then from there Souza Remodel Co comes to your house to begin the process. We like to work quickly, efficiently and make the home beautiful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Souza Remodel Co the owners have a diverse background which allows this entrepreneurial husband/wife duo to work well. Ethan has grew up painting his entire life as his father is a painter. He has over 10 years experience in the field and is meticulous about his work.
Ethan’s wife, Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Business and oversees company procedures, scheduling! Ethan not only is ambitious himself about business but he got lucky with brains, beauty and ambition with his partner/wife. Let ya work with you!
