What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take one to two hours to walk the site, point out key items, consult with the customer, provide the estimate, walk them through and answer any questions, sign the contract, obtain the deposit, and schedule the job for production.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner used to work as a painter, and was second in charge. He decided to branch out form his own company.
