- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically starts with a phone call or email. And then a consultation of the property and project. It also gives the customer a chance to meet me or my other sales associate. Most importantly listen to the things they are looking to get out of the project! We will then provide numerous suggestions that we may have from previous experiece. At that point we go back to the office and work on the putting a plan together for the customer. Often along with adding plants,we will email the customer pictures of the plants we suggest incorporating into the project and provide them with an idea for where the plan is to place the plants. This allows the customer to be a part of the process and have a hand in the creation.
