- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unusually get basic info from them. Such as location and amount of people being serviced. I like a visual of what they're looking for and then I set up a trial run.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist. I have been trained by MAC cosmetics for makeup in Minnesota. I was also trained at a Paul Mitchell hair school.
