Hello, I'm Ron. Thank you for considering me as a mathematics tutor!
First, please note that I can only conduct sessions if you are in the Eastern or Central time zone.
I have a Master's Degree in Mathematics from a top school (UC Berkeley), an Education Specialist (post-Masters) degree in Math Education, and a co-major in Computer Science. I was a certified secondary-level mathematics teacher in the State of Georgia and the Province of Ontario. I taught mathematics at the high school level briefly, at a community college for two years, and at the university undergraduate level as a graduate student. I have tutored math for hundreds of hours.
My tutoring approach is simple, based on Problem Solving. We go with the problems or questions that YOU are having. YOU set the agenda. Spending an entire session on a single question until you fully understand it is much more valuable than rifling through a big set of problems in a superficial manner. Above all, my goal is to boost your confidence in tackling mathematical challenges.
Note that the quoted fee is for online sessions; in-person would be an additional $12 or more, depending on distance. That's per SESSION, not per hour.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quoted fee is for online sessions. For in-person sessions, a travel fee of $10-$20 will be added, depending on distance. This is a flat fee per session, not per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out how a student tackles mathematics problems in general, whether there are difficulties with specific varieties of questions, etc. This is best done by getting right into working on math problems.
