- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We base everything on breed and the condition of the pet’s coat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We go over everything about the dog including health information. Also the haircut and what needs to be done with the pet. We also go over anything that the pet may or may not like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked as a vet tech. I also used to show dogs. I was a salon manger in the area for 10yrs. Before I moved. I’m also a grooming trainer. I have been in the business for 20 plus yrs.
