Bang It Out was terrific. They were very responsive, and I very much appreciated their professionalism. The way they communicated with me every step of the way was remarkable. They provided a detailed cost estimate, broken down by the components so there was no guesswork. I needed to have my things moved from a storage facility to my new home, and unfortunately there were some snags with the storage facility. The Bang It Out staff not only rolled with each setback with calm and patience, but they made my life easier by facilitating conference calls with the storage facility folks, and then handling/resolving the problems. I was pretty stressed out from a coast to coast move so their kindness, professionalism and get it done attitude meant everything. Once they got to my new home, they had the truck unloaded very quickly, handled my things with care, and they were really nice to interact with. I would recommend them to anyone! Awesome team!

The guys were so helpful! They moved everything I had with ease and were super thoughtful with handling and delivering my items. My only complaint is that I scheduled the appointment for 9 AM and they didn’t arrive until 1030 or so which caused me to have to pivot and rely on others to be available while I dealt with other parts of the moving process. But it all worked out and saved me extra headaches of moving.
