My grandmother taught me everything she knew about herbs, fruits and vegetables. Since we lived on a farm just a few hundred meters from the Duna (Danube – and its not blue) I learned how to grow things and how to take care of things to ensure they would grow well. I also learned what made things grow better and when things were ready to eat. And when things are ready to eat, is when they are most biologically active. And so it is that I try to incorporate and utilize the most biologically active ingredients in all of the treatments that I offer at my day spa in Pittsburgh. And it is this history of growing things on my family’s farm that has led me to use products that combine the best bioactive ingredients with the latest in medically-derived cosmetic science.
