FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on scope of the project and distance traveled. I do not charge hourly, because quick turnarounds are my superpower. It is also important to note that you are not buying the copyright to the photography; you are licensing it for a given period (typically one year). If you need to reuse the photographs after that period, there is a nominal fee to relicense them, or you can order new photography to reflect the current condition of the unit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography and fine art with a full-tuition scholarship to The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City, generally considered one of the top three art schools in North America.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential realtors, commercial realtors, architects, landlords, AirBnB hosts… a little bit of everybody. Outside of real estate, I’ve worked with artists, musicians, dancers, photo editors, CEOs, and celebrities.
