- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I basically give away security systems, customers pay to have it installed and the monthly monitoring service. Equipment is taken care of though. I usually give customers somewhere between $2,000-$3,000 worth of equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a consultation where we do a quick walk through to see what you need and want for the home. Then go over which package makes the most sense and schedule to have it installed sometimes as early as the next day depending on availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Marine Corps veteran, did two tours in Iraq, I love what I do! I used to protect our country now I get to protect peoples homes, belongings and loved ones.
