We appreciate your acknowledgment that loved the final appearance of the floors, and we were glad we were able to get them to that condition for you which was the specific scope of work we were contracted to complete. As a design-build firm, our work on this project was limited to the agreed floor refinishing areas. Appropriate containment and protective measures were implemented, and no work was performed outside those designated spaces. We remained in regular communication throughout the project via text and email regarding scheduling, progress, and site conditions as with all of our projects. We did not access or alter any electrical systems, and no electrical issues or property damage occurred in connection with our work or were observed or reported at any time during the project or upon final walkthrough. We take great pride in our professionalism, craftsmanship, and the quality of the finished result, and we stand fully behind our work.
